unesco world heritage site friendly staff spacious room
i liked being in a unesco world heritage site with 600 years of history. the staff was friendly. we had a spacious room and i enjoyed that.
the hotel didn't offer breakfast on-site. i would have loved to have breakfast at the hotel.

the hotel features an elevator that gives disabled persons room facilities. the location is near everything. i discovered a coffee machine was available in the room, and the wifi reception was good, too.

charming stay in a perfect location
perfect location spacious room helpful staff
The location was certainly amazing, close to everything i wanted to see (i especially loved exploring the old town). my room was spacious and very clean. The decor felt thoughtful. the staff were very helpful and gentle.
I noticed there were no catering facilities at the hotel. This meant no on-site restaurant. i had to go elsewhere for meals, a slight inconvenience.

my suite featured a comfortable bed and an amazingly refreshing shower. the provided soap smelled fabulous. these small details elevated my overall stay.

shower design dining options
the shower design was flawed. water sprayed all over the bathroom floor with every use which was frustrating. also the absence of on-site dining options was disappointing. i expected a restaurant or at least a breakfast service. there weren't even vending machines available.

i stayed in a family suite balcony it was spacious. the location proved to be very convenient. the large duvet cover was good and matched the bed perfectly, a real treat. the reception team was happy and full of information.
housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room during the day.

the repurposed building displayed a beautiful use of space. it features stylish decorations! with an atmosphere reminiscent of ancient times.
